During Analysis and Modeling we take a closer look at business goals, audience needs, content assets, technology platforms and other factors that influence design decisions. Using the findings from Discovery phase, we work with you in a series of collaborative sessions — each intended to facilitate discussion and build consensus as the team works to refine ideas and requirements. The results are concept models and mockups that identify how information will be organized and what features and functionality are required to meet user needs and achieve the desired goals. All assumptions and requirements from this phase of the project are gathered and documented in the appropriate format (e.g. reports and diagrams) for review and approval before the Design and Specification phase begins.
